Contribute to a positive patient experience by addressing questions and concerns efficiently. Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries through chat in a timely and courteous manner. Document conversations and update patient records accurately in the system. Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate team members. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant privacy and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to support clinic operations. Assist with scheduling appointments and providing general information about clinic services. Continuously improve knowledge of medical marijuana regulations and clinic policies. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred. Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems or data entry software is an advantage. Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with clients. Basic understanding of medical marijuana industry regulations is beneficial but not required.
