Responsibilities Respond to incoming chat messages professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive patient experience. Assist patients with appointment scheduling, product information, and general inquiries. Document and track patient interactions accurately in the clinic’s CRM system. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health, wellness, or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related industries. Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
