Key Objectives Deliver prompt and professional chat-based support to current and prospective patients. Provide clear, accurate information regarding clinic services, product options, and compliance guidelines. Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Responsibilities Respond to patient and client inquiries via live chat platforms in a timely manner. Assist with appointment scheduling, product information, and general support questions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical marijuana regulations, clinic policies, and product offerings. Document and track interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and communicate feedback to management. Ensure compliance with all privacy and confidentiality standards related to patient information. Work collaboratively with Environmental Services and other departments to support operational goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, cannabis, or environmental services industries. Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Comfortable using chat and CRM software; ability to quickly learn new technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient-centered approach. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.
