Job Title: CHAT SUPPORT (SALES)
Key Responsibilities:
*Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the booking process.
* Drive Sales: Convert chat inquiries into confirmed bookings, upselling packages, and add-ons to maximize revenue.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with customers by providing timely, clear, and helpful responses to all inquiries.
* Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and questions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
* Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
