JOB DESCRIPTION

As a ChatBot Account Manager, you’ll be the rockstar who keeps our clients happy and their chatbot projects soaring. You’ll dive into their business goals, manage relationships like a pro, and work hand-in-hand with our Chatbot Specialists to deliver jaw-dropping AI solutions. If you’re quick-witted, love chatting with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced, techy environment with room to grow, this role is your ticket to shine with a company that’s going places.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of account management or client-facing experience, ideally in tech, digital marketing, or SaaS.
  • Quick-witted and able to think on your feet to solve problems and keep clients happy.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with clients and teams.
  • Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, CRM platforms, or similar to stay organized.
  • Tech-savvy with a knack for learning new software (bonus points for chatbot or AI experience!).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude that fits our team’s great vibes.
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Experience with platforms like ManyChat or Zapier is a plus but not required.

  • Stay on top of industry trends to bring fresh ideas to clients and the team.
