This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chatbot/Conversational AI Developer in Latin America. In this role, you will design and implement intelligent conversational agents capable of understanding user intent and providing accurate, context-aware responses across multiple channels. You will work on both text and voice-based solutions, integrating chatbots with backend systems, CRM platforms, and knowledge bases. Using state-of-the-art NLP techniques and large language models, your work will enhance customer experiences, streamline internal workflows, and drive business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely, contribute to innovative AI projects, and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals focused on delivering high-impact, scalable conversational solutions. Accountabilities Design, develop, and deploy chatbots using platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, and Azure Bot Service. Implement LLM-based conversational agents, leveraging technologies like GPT and Claude. Train Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to improve intent recognition and entity extraction. Integrate chatbots with CRM systems, APIs, and backend databases to deliver seamless user experiences. Implement sentiment analysis, emotion detection, and voice-enabled interaction through IVR systems. Create analytics dashboards to monitor conversational performance and optimize responses. Ensure multi-language support and continuous improvement of chatbot capabilities. Hands-on experience with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Amazon Lex, or Rasa. Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other frameworks for LLM applications. Experience working with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or open-source LLMs. Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js, with experience using REST APIs and webhooks. Knowledge of NLP libraries, including spaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers. Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Familiarity with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech APIs. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across Latin America. 100% remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
