Chatime is proudly located in the Student Centre at the University of Toronto Mississauga. As the only bubble tea shop on campus, we are committed to serving high-quality tea and delivering an exceptional experience to students, faculty, and visitors. Our team is passionate, dedicated, and values teamwork and collaboration.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Chatime UTM team. As a Bubble Tea Barista, you will prepare tea and ingredients, mix and serve drinks, and handle cashier duties while ensuring every guest has a great experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends may be required)
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous food service experience is an asset but not required

• Prepare and brew tea, cook toppings, and assemble drinks according to Chatime’s standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter and cashier station
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational needs
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety guidelines
