The post holder will actively contribute to review of current Intermediate Care Services and actively participate in helping improve current and new services The post holder will monitor, audit and review care provision and quality standards with aim to ensure best practise and safe delivery of care in all Intermediate Care Facilities The post holder will have an understanding of use of various IT systems and software The post holder will ensure attendance at mandatory training and keeping up dated in respect of Knowledge and Skills The Post Holder in the absence of Lead/Deputy will support by attending hospital delays meetings (Rag Call Duty).
