The CHC TCM Solution Delivery Expert role is a pivotal position within the Treasury Core Model (TCM) project for Sanofi’s Consumer Healthcare (CHC) division, focusing on the Digital Autonomy phase of the CHLOE 2.0 project. This role supports the deployment and continuous enhancement of TCM and iShift platforms across various Treasury functions, ensuring the alignment of treasury processes with business requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education: A Master’s or PhD in Finance, Economics, or similar fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury, especially with SAP Finance and Treasury modules (S4/HANA), with hands-on expertise in SAP S4 HANA solutions related to SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Bank Account Management (BAM), Bank Communication Management (BCM/MBC) and Cash Management (CM) and related modules.
• Project Management: Proven track record in managing SAP projects, ideally within Treasury. Project Management and Change Management certifications are a plus.
• Treasury Expertise: In-depth understanding of Corporate Treasury functions, systems, and bank connectivity solutions.
• Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial.
• Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, ability to work independently under pressure, excellent communication skills, and customer-oriented mindset.
