The post holder will support Recruitment, Medical Workforce, HR Operations & ER/IR work across the region.
This responsibility will include the provision of high quality recruitment services throughout the Hospital Group. This includes all recruitment including medical workforce. This role will focus on creating best practice contemporary recruitment and retention strategies throughout the group, while delivering on our strategic objectives and utilising IT solutions to deliver a high quality, streamlined and professional service.
The role will lead on aspects of Medical HR for the region, including consultant recruitment and supporting NCHD recruitment in hospitals as appropriate.
The HSE is working through significant structural changes. The post holder will input into and support with design and management of changes to structure as appropriate.
The role involves providing HR support including Employee and Industrial Relations support to the Hospitals and HR Managers across the sites. The position requires a collaborative and supportive approach to the development of services and structures, embracing continuous quality improvement and the implementation of changes necessary to achieve organisational objectives.
