• Greet and direct patients and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner
• Register patients and verify insurance and demographic information in Epic
• Schedule appointments according to departmental protocols
• Collect co-pays and prior balances, ensuring accurate posting
• Answer incoming calls and route messages appropriately
• Prepare charts and assist with patient flow to ensure a seamless check-in experience
