Writing code to solve complex problems using an object-oriented programming language (e.g. C++, Java, C#). Ideally, experience in architecting high performance, distributed systems. Strong understanding and application of data structures and algorithms. We’re seeking experienced Staff Software Engineers to help us scale the following team: Machine Learning: A Staff Machine Learning Engineer owns complex ML initiatives from end to end. From problem definition and model design through deployment and iteration in production. This role mentors other engineers, influences technical direction on model architecture and performance, and ensures our ML solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned to real customer needs.
