Responsibilities

The Checking and Savings Client and Field Incentives Specialist will be part of the Deposits business team within UBS Wealth Management Banking Group assisting in overseeing deposits and money movement related to build and execution of UBS Bank USA (BUSA) Checking and Savings Accounts and UBS Financial Services Inc. Cash Management accounts.

Key competencies and responsibilities include:

  • assist the team in developing incentive design for clients and field including Advisors and Bankers balancing the need to be competitive vs regulatory and risk requirements and financial business case
  • partner with internal teams to conduct market research for assigned products and services to have an accurate and complete picture of the competitive landscape that can then be helpful to enhance UBS product features and business cases.
  • assist the team in influencing incentive ideas and execution, be aware of competitive trends and financial and client impact and regularly help present findings and trends to management
  • assist the team on critical build the bank related projects as needed
  • assist the team in representing the deposits business as an SME and actively participate in designing and build out of solutions, including requirements, testing and managing rollouts to clients and the field; focused on internal channels as well as client facing channels
  • assist in front office communication and training on deposit products / features
  • partner with internal business partners (Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Risk, IT etc.) on regulatory items and product builds and enhancements
  • ensure buildout of effective risk management framework and process for all builds within the Bank, including policies, procedures and controls
  • assist in designing / documenting an end-to-end comprehensive operating model across deposit products
  • generate high-quality work with attention to detail
  • demonstrate:

o subject matter expertise in wealth management products, particularly bank deposits.
o partnering and relationship building capabilities with the front office teams.
o ability to partner with large cross-sectional teams.
o proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with a specific focus on Excel and PowerPoint
o strong problem-solving skills

Detailed salary information:

  • Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $140000 to $180000

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
