We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Checkout Supervisor to join our team. In this key position, you will oversee the daily operations of the checkout area, ensuring an efficient, friendly, and accurate checkout experience for all customers.

• Delivering a high-quality shopping experience for customers through exceptional customer service
• Assisting the Checkout Manager in the efficient running of the Checkouts
• Team member supervision and training
• Monitoring the security of the checkout area at all times
• Ensuring customer enquiries and complaints are effectively managed
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and order in the checkout area

What we are looking for:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Basic understanding of POS and cash handling procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work one day in the weekend and at least one late evening
