About the role: PAK’nSAVE Rolleston | Part-Time We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Checkout Supervisor to join our team at PAK’nSAVE Rolleston. You’ll lead by example to deliver excellent service, support and guide the checkout team, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a part-time role (20+ hours per week) with a mix of afternoon and closing shifts. Days and hours will be discussed with the successful applicant.What the role involves: • Supervising and supporting checkout team members• Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving queries• Managing cash handling and closing procedures• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient checkout areaWhat we're looking for: • Retail or supervisory experience preferred• Strong customer service and communication skills• Reliable, positive, and confident in a busy environment• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends• LCQ and/or Duty Manager’s Certificate desirable (or willingness to obtain)Why join us?
