• Cheese knowledge (European and Canadian cheese) is required
• Previous speciality cheese retail experience is an asset
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent oral communication skills

• Answering customer questions, phone calls pertaining to cheese and wine
• Selling cut-to-order cheese
• Wrapping and cutting cheese, providing cheese care
• Stocking and merchandising cheese case
• Packs, labels and merchandises cheese and grocery items according to Management
• Correctly operates a cash register and Apple computer
• Stocks shelves as necessary
• Prepares platters, baskets and online orders according to Management
• Maintains the entire work area in a clean and sanitary condition
• Ensures proper opening & closing procedures
• Serving small bites and cheese in casual dining environment
• Prepping food and restaurant for lunch and dinner service
