We’re looking for a full-time Cheese Production Associate to join our team! It is a fast-paced but friendly environment with lots of potential for growth.
Shipping, receiving, forklift and delivering experience would be an asset. If you have an interest in food and beverage, cheese particularly, or just a desire to learn more, you’d be a great fit! We also have a small LCBO Convenience Outlet so all applicants must be at least 18 years of age and you will be expected to complete the LCBO online training before handling any alcohol.
Monday, Tuesday 9 AM - 5 PM
Wednesday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM
(Some Saturdays would be required)

Here are some things we’re looking for in our new team-member:

• A self motivator with a strong work ethic who can work independently and work as part of a team
• Must have great customer service skills and effective communicator
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Enthusiastic about sales (you can feel good about what we sell because it’s great cheese!)

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Pricing Products
• Cutting down bulk blocks of cheese (40 lbs.) by hand with a cheese wire
• vacuum sealing and shrink wrapping, drying, labelling and then storing the retail ready packs.
• Processing and packaging cheese and cheese curds -We generally process over 1000 lbs. of curds a week- mmmmm Cheese!
• Stocking
• Assist with Inventory counting when applicable
• Light cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Helping customers with their orders
• Handling cash

Please note: we do work with allergens such as garlic and onion
