• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food as directed, meeting dietary requirements when necessary
• Proven experience in a similar role and/or relevant qualifications
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards
• Demonstrated organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Well-developed communication skills
• Ability to manage ordering, rostering, stock management, and wastage control
• Proficiency in the preparation, cooking, and storing of hot and cold foods
