Description

A 40m MY is seeking a Chef to join in Palma. They will remain in Palma until Feb and have a few short weekend trips when owners will use it as a base followed with a Canaries trip in Feb, Monaco for the an April trip and then Greece/Croatia before back to Mallorca. This will be single season program with winters in Palma for the next year or two. They are looking for crew who are happy and outgoing as the owners like to chat and get to know everyone onboard. They are personable owners and enjoy interacting with the crew. They enjoy Ottolenghi style, Mediterranean and healthy dishes presented well. Qualifications required: Previous yacht chef experience Itinerary: Palma winter- Med summer Male/female: open to both Start date and joining location: Palma, Nov/Dec Package: DOE

Responsibilities

The Chef will prepare meals for the owners and crew while on board the yacht. They will focus on Mediterranean and healthy dishes, ensuring high presentation standards.
