Description
A 50m SY is looking for either a seasonal or full time chef to join them in the Caribbean. Male applicants only DTCA. This is a busy program that has a full season of charters coming up with a few boss trips as well. They are looking for an organised individual who keeps calm under pressure, who can deal with last minute changes and requests from guests. A broad knowledge of cuisines and dietary requirements are needed. There is good crew morale and team feeling onboard, so they are looking for another positive addition to their team. Qualifications required: Prior chef experience on sailing yachts, ideally restaurant trained and worked on charter yachts previously Itinerary: Caribbean- Med Male/female: Male DTCA Start date and joining location: ASAP Caribbean Package: DOE
Responsibilities
The chef will be responsible for preparing meals for a busy charter program and accommodating last-minute requests from guests. Maintaining good crew morale and contributing positively to the team atmosphere is also essential.
