Description
A highly regarded 60+m SY is seeking a Chef to join their established team. This is a performance sailing yacht with adventurous owners who have had the boat many years. Their itinerary for the coming year will include a yard period in Newport until September, the Caribbean, with potential racing and further afield. This is a private yacht with mixed world cruising and regatta use. The owners enjoy healthy meals plated well and open to a variety of cuisines. Qualifications required: Prior sailing yacht Chef experience Itinerary: UK, Scandinavia, world cruising Male/female: Either Start date and joining location: USA between June/August (flexible) Package: DOE
Responsibilities
The Chef is responsible for preparing healthy, well-plated meals across a variety of cuisines for the owners of a 60+m performance sailing yacht. The role involves managing the galley during world cruising, regattas, and yard periods.
