This role involves a range of responsibilities centered around food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

A minimum of one years of culinary experience and/or relevant qualification.
Thorough understanding of health and safety standards in the kitchen, including food handling and sanitation practices.
Proficient in culinary techniques and adept in operating kitchen equipment and tools.
Meticulous in food preparation and presentation, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality dishes.
Capable of interpreting recipes and menu plans accurately and creatively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented kitchen environment.
Good physical stamina, capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen and standing for long hours.
