This includes planning and delivering a well-balanced seasonal menu that aligns with residents’ nutritional needs, dietary requirements, and texture modifications. The role requires strict adherence to food safety standards, cleaning protocols, and accurate record-keeping related to food preparation, safety monitoring, and kitchen operations. The Chef provides guidance and support to assistant cooks and food services staff to ensure the safe and consistent delivery of all meals.
