OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food production, with a flair for creativity and an unwavering commitment to food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our hotel guests and general trade, leading kitchen with the other kitchen team and also some shifts on your own, with this in mind we do require a strong experienced individual who is capable of working on there own and managing their time effectively . This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to showcase their culinary skills.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with various cuisines is advantageous but not essential.
