EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or catering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
  • Culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential.
