EXPERIENCE

  • Banquet experience is preferred, along with familiarity in supervising kitchen staff
  • Strong background in food production, preparation, and handling techniques
  • Experience with inventory management and control processes
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen environment
  • Culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage shifts effectively while leading a team in a fast-paced environment
