JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef Manager to lead our team in cooking, and packing meals for children in a commercial kitchen . The ideal candidate will possess a background in food management, with the ability to supervise kitchen operations effectively. This role requires a passion for food service, leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Execute menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Manage food preparation processes, ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently produced.
  • Manage and perform packaging of meals for various schools are per given count and schedule.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Implement best practices for food management, including portion control and waste reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the staff to ensure seamless lunch delivery to multiple schools within a short period.
