Commis Chef Apprenticeship

You’ll be involved in everything from prepping fresh ingredients to supporting the kitchen team and ensuring top-tier food safety standards. Expect variety, responsibility, and a team that’s got your back.

Some of your day-to-day could include:

• Prepping ingredients: veggies, meats, fish
• Supporting the chefs during service
• Learning high-quality cooking techniques
• Stock rotation and kitchen organisation
• Keeping your station spotless
• Upholding food safety standards like a pro

Duration: 15 months
Outcome: Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship
