We’ll treat you like part of the family – respected,trained,coached and supported as you build your skills and confidence. With the guidance of our experienced chefs and through our training partner HIT Training,you’ll earn while you learn over a 12-month programme,completing the Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship. From there,you’ll have the opportunity to progress through further apprenticeships or through McMullen’s own in-house GROW training programme.

• Prepare and serve dishes to company specifications,maintaining high standards that keep guests coming back
