Responsibilities
  • Learn to independently prepare and cook a variety of meals following scheduled menus for residents and staff.
  • Assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation, storage, and service.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Restock essential kitchen supplies, such as ingredients, utensils, and cleaning products.
  • Communicate effectively with site staff and colleagues to support smooth daily operations.
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times and develop an understanding of industry standards.
  • Participate in training sessions to gain recognised qualifications and practical experience.
