If you’re ready to grow your culinary career with a world-leading organisation that values work-life balance, this is your chance. What You'll Do: Cooking and preparing food ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner services ensuring minimal wastage. Providing fine dining (silver service level) for functions/hospitality events.  Working collaboratively as part of a team of chefs and acting as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.  Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals  Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, placing food orders, and maintaining kitchen records. Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries. Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.  Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.  What We're Looking For: Relevant culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent). Team player with effective communication skills. Confident, flexible, and innovative. Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years).
