You will perform the following duties as required:
Assisting the Head chef with ordering
Conducting cleaning duties & compliance with food safety standards
Daily and Weekly food prep and cooking for café, catering, weekly menu and senior meals
Cooking of weekly bulk cooked meals including Pastas, Rissottos, Lasagne, Stews, Curries etc.
Conducting operational procedures to ensure excellence in customer service and venue offering, this includes ongoing communication with front staff regarding cafe offerings like Sandwiches, rolls, salads, quiche etc.
Portray a strong work ethic, discipline and hygiene Can do and hands-on working style
Take on feedback from management and chef regarding performance Additional reasonable hours and weekend work may be requested based on business requirements

Pay: $70,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
