Our vibrant café, community hub and event space in the heart of Bodmin — you’ll cook up a creative, plant-led menu with a simple meat option, help shape daily specials, and be part of a welcoming, community-focused café. You’ll also support the delivery of events when required.
Working closely with our Hospitality Lead, you’ll help manage a small, dedicated team, ensuring high standards across food, drink and customer experience — whether it’s a busy lunchtime, an evening pop-up, or a community gathering.

Responsibilities

Lead on food offer development, including menu planning, daily specials and supplier management.

  • Manage the café’s day-to-day operations — from stock control and food prep to barista and bar service.
  • Support event bar operations and liaise with room hires, community groups and co-workers.
  • Supervise and train a small team of hospitality supervisors and volunteers.
  • Oversee food safety, stock management, finance and operational processes.
