Bagel Hills Café, opening this September in Endeavour Hills, and we’re looking for a passionate and skilled chef to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook in a café, restaurant, or similar food business.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and passionate about food.
• Flexibility to work morning shifts, with a focus on fresh preparation.

• Cook steak, chicken, eggs, and other menu items to high standards.
• Prepare bagel toppings and fillings every morning, including fresh vegetables and spreads.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with menu development and recipe consistency.
• Help with stock management and kitchen organization.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality.
