An experienced Chef is required to join our team.
We are looking for someone to undertake a sous chef role, primarily based at Buxton, although not exclusively.
We are a family run, casual dining restaurant, that uses fresh ingredients, with menu items prepared inhouse.
Ideally this individual will grow into the role and develop their skillset and progress with us.
Initially, you will be part of a small team based at Buxton.
This role may also include the opportunity of shifts at a second or third site.
Salary depends on experience - salaried / hourly rate considered. / Self-employed welcomed.
Two / Three clear days off per week.
Food is fresh ingredients, predominantly steak and fish in the evenings, casual dining at lunchtimes.
Input into the specials board and menus may required and the ability to develop their section.
