Westwood is a well-established and family-owned mental health residential care home located in Mickleover, Derby recently under new management. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and supportive environment for our Residents who require 24-hour care and are actively seeking an experienced Head Cook to join the team to provide support on morning shifts. Our kitchen shifts start at 8.00am till 4.00pm and will be based on a two-week rolling rota to ensure weekends are covered.
The Head Cook (Maternity Cover) will also be responsible for supporting with stock ordering and control, leading on kitchen administration including Safer Food, Better Business and menu design based on the variety of resident needs.
