Are you newly qualified or established in your career and looking for shifts to supplement your current employment? We are currently looking for a Chef to join our Catering Team at the Practice Plus Hospital Birmingham, and we want to hear from you! You’ll be joining us on a Bank basis to cover ad-hoc occasional shifts as per your availability.
From ear, nose and throat treatments, to foot and ankle surgery, here at Practice Plus Group, the secondary care we provide is second to none. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The role is to assist the Head Chef with the development and delivery of all aspects of the catering service within the Hospital.
Ensuring that the preparation and presentation of food complies with the required standards and costs are controlled within budget whilst maximising the customer experience through the production of interesting and creative menus.
This is not your typical hospital food. We pride ourselves on creating fresh and delicious food for our patients and staff, and have the space to create varied and exciting meals!
We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of and can insure that systems are in place so that all staff are aware and can work in accordance with legislation and Company policies pertaining to Health and Safety, COSHH and infection control;.
