OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food production and preparation, demonstrating exceptional cooking skills and a strong understanding of food safety standards. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while leading and managing the kitchen team effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a restaurant environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • A passion for culinary arts and creativity in developing new dishes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and front-of-house staff.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable.
