We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Monitor food quality and safety, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Previous experience in restaurant settings is highly desirable.
• A passion for culinary arts and creativity in dish presentation is essential.
