We are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Chef on a Permanenet Part - Time basis, to manage the kitchen and preparation of meals at Bethanie Subiaco Aged Care Home. Bethanie Subiaco is a 112 bed luxury facility with an active social calendar that provides a full range of aged care services including dementia support.
Shifts are as follows:

• A passion for, and previous experience working as, a Chef for large groups of people, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment
• Minimum requirement of a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Ability to supervise other members of staff
• Experience in ordering food stuffs and awareness of waste management
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent working knowledge of the Food Act and Food Standards Code
• Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
