AS A CHEF, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Overseeing and directing the food preparation process
• Managing team schedules and controlling food costs
• Supervising day-to-day kitchen operations
• Leading, training, developing, and inspiring your team while instilling company values
• Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Exhibiting excellent communication (verbal & written), organisational, time, and resource management skills
• Planning menus, estimating food and labor costs, and ordering food supplies
• Adhering to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards and regulations

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Relevant qualification(s) in the culinary field
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
