Salary: $76,000-$78,000 + Superannuation
Our Client “Bonnie Doon Hotel” is seeking a highly motivated & enthusiastic Chef to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
• Working closely with the executive chef to develop menu ideas
• Managing daily production and planning
• Determining food inventory needs, stocking and orderings
• Costing and controlling kitchen operations
• Managing and work closely with other Chefs to all levels
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between team mates
• Train junior kitchen staff
• Prepare and cook food based on the recipe guidelines

TO QUALITY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Relevant Qualifications
• Prior experience in a similar role
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
