Our Client “The Baan” is seeking a highly motivated & enthusiastic Chef to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing and directing the food preparation process
• Managing a team schedules and controlling food costs
• Supervising a day to day kitchen operations
• Leading, training, developing and inspiring your team while instilling company values
• Creating and delivering delectable meals
• Coordinating equipment repairs and maintenance as needed
• Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Exhibit excellent communications, organizational, time and resource management skills
• Ordering food supplies
• Preparing and cooking various food in accordance with the recipe
• Train junior kitchen staff

TO QUALITY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Relevant Qualifications
• Prior experience in a similar role
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
