We are looking for a motivated and friendly chef to join our team at The Station Cafe at the heritage railway in Cranmore, Shepton Mallet.
The majority of the work is situated in the cafe, some work is undertaken on the train as we provide dining experiences in the carriages.
Most of our food is homemade and freshly produced in the kitchen. The hours are generally 09:00 to 16:30 but on train dining experience days we finish by about 17:30. The kitchen team is team of 3 plus a wider catering team (including waiters) of about 10.
The cafe is open Wednesdays to Sundays
We are a very hard working team but we also get on very well, so you will be working in a really great environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
