FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our Rowes Bay Residential Aged Care team on a part-time basis.
As part of our Hotel Services team, your role as Chef includes managing all operational requirements in a commercial kitchen, with the support of a dedicated team.

• Cooking high quality, nutritious meals for senior residents
• Adapting dishes to suit dietary, allergy and modified food requirements
• Ensuring all food is prepared, cooked and served in accordance with legislation
• Managing employee matters including rostering, training and performance
• Assisting the Residential Manager with associated budgets and costs
