EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in culinary roles, particularly in high-volume environments.
  • Strong background in food service management, including kitchen management and team leadership.
  • Experience with menu planning, inventory management, and cost control within the food industry.
  • Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus.
  • Excellent cooking skills with knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
