JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the menu specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and enhance existing offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Train new kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health standards.
