This is an exciting opportunity in a new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant just outside Belfast. The restaurant will be all-day dining destination serving breakfast and lunch eve day, with three dinner services per week (Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday).

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with a strong understanding of meal preparation and kitchen operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation, while adhering to food safety regulations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is essential.
  • Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.
