YOUR EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONALITY

We’re looking for candidates who have at least 6-12 months of experience in a similar role, ideally within a care home or education environment. A valid PVG or Discolsure is required, which you should currently hold or be willing to obtain. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are key attributes. The ideal Kitchen Assistant will be passionate about service excellence, committed to cleanliness and hygiene, and capable of managing tasks efficiently even in high-pressure situations.

In your role, you will assist the chef with food preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and ensure food safety is always a priority. You will also work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
