Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
  • Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is well-organised, clean, and equipped for daily operations.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, making adjustments to dishes as necessary to enhance guest satisfaction.
